Our priority is to provide you with the appropriate information to support you with your claim settlement decision.

One of the key documents you’ll receive during the claim settlement process is your Detailed Repair/Rebuild Analysis (DRA), along with any technical reports related to your property.

The DRA is a comprehensive report, detailing the building elements of your home and the earthquake damage sustained.

A cost estimate is completed on the earthquake damage reported within the DRA. This is undertaken by our team of experienced Quantity Surveyors, who take into account the room by room breakdown summary in the DRA. Our team also take into account recommendations from the engineering report, which considers the structural elements of your home, as well as foundation option recommendations found in the geotechnical report.

From the DRA and associated information, we can determine whether your home is economic to repair/rebuild and any specifications of what the scope of works for your home may include, based on your AMI insurance policy entitlements.

Your Claims Specialist is here to support you through the process and answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate to contact them.

It’s also important to note that you are able to seek external advice on the DRA, and any other information we provide you with, at any stage of the process if you wish to.
