Central city character home restoration

The following video features the first part of the story of a home repair in our programme, an historic 1890s villa in the Christchurch CBD.

Since it was purchased by the current owners in the 1970s, their renovations have added to the many layers which have enhanced the character of the home. There are a number of unique features of the house which the owners are keen to retain, which have been incorporated into the extensive repair process.
